Our Veterinarians

Dr. Linda Fisk

Medical Director

I received my D.V.M. in 1988. I graduated with honors at Washington State University Veterinary School. (Go Cougs!) I have worked at the Arden Animal Hospital since 1989. I enjoy all aspects of veterinary medicine, internal medicine, surgery and preventive health. When not working with my patients, I spend time with my husband, Henry, two sons, Braden and Garrett, and my menagerie of pets. We enjoy the outdoors and spend time camping, hiking and bicycling.

Dr. Frances Tobey

I received my D.V.M with honors, from the UC Davis in 2013. Prior to veterinary school I was a biology lecturer at San Diego State University. I am interested in all aspects of veterinary medicine, especially dermatology and surgery. I was born and raised in Sacramento, only 3 miles from Arden Animal Hospital! At home, my husband, Mike and I have two young children, Ellie and Wes, our dog, Sadie, and cat, Stewie. We love to be outdoors, go to the farmer's market, and spend time with friends and family at backyard BBQs.

Dr. Christine Miller

I received my D.V.M. from UC Davis. I'm originally from Wisconsin and obtained my Bachelor's degree from the University of Minnesota in Public Relations in 2001. I've lived in California, mainly in San Diego, for almost 16 years and can't say I miss the cold! Veterinary medicine is a passion and I especially enjoy preventative health, dermatology, and internal medicine. At home I snuggle with Ginger, my "foster" kitty, and I will soon be adding a dog to my pet family! In my free time I enjoy swimming, biking, crossword puzzles, and trying new restaurants.

Dr. Alex Davies

I received by D.V.M from UC Davis. During my veterinary training I also conducted post-doctoral comparative cancer research with the goal of improving both small and human treatment options. Prior to attending veterinary school I obtained a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from UC Davis focused on understanding the biology of cancer. I enjoy all facets of veterinary medicine, but I have a particular interest in internal medicine, surgery, and oncology. When I'm not seeing patients I enjoy spending time with my wife Christina, our young son and daughter, Johnathan and Olivia. My hobbies also include being outdoors, bicycling, running and swimming.
